International launch of the Apple iPad was looking to be April 24. This information originally came from an Apple store worker in Canada. The UK rumour also came from an Apple store where it is also believed extra staff will be working to cover a busy day in sales. Also out of the two stores checked in the UK, one of them specified that April 24 was the official launch date. From what we understand, and from what Apple indicate, both the Wi-Fi iPad and Wi-Fi+3G iPad will be launching at the same time. Although information has yet to be made official by Apple in the UK, we suspect that pre-orders will be opened up soon along with the official price to be revealed. The last rumour we heard on that indicated it would be around the £390 mark for the Wi-Fi 16GB version.
